INDIVIDUAL GIVING

	Civic provides valuable theatre access to over 42,000 members of the Indianapolis community through opportunities onstage, behind the scenes, and in the audience. Donors play an important role in providing this access at Civic Theatre. Individual contributions to the Annual Fund demonstrate a commitment to Indianapolis Civic Theatre and enable us to fulfill our mission of fostering a love for theatre in a growing number of performers and audience members. The Annual Fund supports Mainstage production costs, including royalties, guest directors, costumes, set construction, and the professional orchestra Education programs, including Jr. Civic and Studio Series workshops, the School Matinee Series and the Jr. Civic Mainstage Musical Outreach programs, including: Pre-opening night SneakView performances for underserved children and seniors Complimentary School Matinee Series tickets for IPS Title One students Backstage Pass tours for children DramaWorks which provides much needed arts curriculum in local schools Scholarships for under-served workshop attendees Discounted ticket offers to all productions

Donor Levels and Benefits Civic Theatre appreciates the support received from individuals throughout the community. Donors are recognized with benefits at each level of giving, from Mainstage playbill recognition to private backstage tours. Annual Fund donations received between July 1 and June 30 are recognized at the following levels: ANGELS $25,000 and above BENEFACTORS $10,000 to $24,999 PLAYWRIGHTS $5,000 to $9,999 PRODUCER'S CIRCLE $2,500 to $4,999 DIRECTOR'S CIRCLE $1,000 to $2,499 PERFORMER'S CIRCLE $500 to $999 DESIGNER'S CIRCLE $250 to $499 THEATRE GUILD $100 TO $249 STAGE GUILD Up to $99 Booth Tarkington Society Individuals donating gifts of $250 or more are awarded membership in the Booth Tarkington Society (BTS). Society members provide financial stability representing a commitment to Civic's 94-year tradition and to its pursuit of artistic excellence and educational opportunity. Members of the Booth Tarkington Society receive invitations to complimentary special events and are recognized on the Spotlight plaque in the lobby.
