In 2004, Indianapolis Civic Theatre invested invested $2 million in renovation of its new facility on the campus of Marian College that included the complete reconfiguration of the auditorium, new seating with excellent sight lines, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, electrical upgrades, an orchestra pit and refurbished amenities. The newly refurbished theatre seats 500, with 400 seats on the main floor and 100 seats in the plaza level. An upper level reception area is available for special events and corporate functions.
